An Update From Altitude Regarding The Governor Baker's Phase Three Step Two Re-Opening

We at Altitude North Attleboro have made sure that we have followed all aspects of the CDC and Governor Baker's Guidelines regarding the operation of our park and the current COVID-19 outbreak. With the announcement of Phase Three being now broken down into two steps (Step 1 and Step 2) in which Trampoline Parks are now a part of phase three step two we are going to continue to follow these guidelines and feel that it is best for Altitude to remain close. We will be available Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm to help you with any questions, any future party bookings as well as helping you with your options for any current party bookings. I will have all phone calls forwarded to my cell and will be able to help you remotely with all your questions and concerns.

If you have a party booked during the time that we are closed, please call us at 508-639-9818 and we will be able to postpone your party to another date or give you a full refund on your deposit.

If you have purchased any passes to come jump during the time we are closed, you may either hold on and use those passes at any time once we re-open or you can call the park at 508-639-9818 to get a refund.

If you have purchased our Summer Membership Program, we are going to extend the program for an additional 30 days so that your membership is valid from when we open until October 22nd. If you would like a refund, please call the park at 508-639-9818

If you are attending our Spike's Summer Fun Sessions for any time for the following weeks of July 20-24, July 27-31 & August 3-7... you may either come to any of the later sessions or call the park at 508-639-9818 to get a full refund.

We are confident in our community and their actions as we look to take the next four weeks to ensure that this historic event will run its' course and we will be ready to provide our service of bringing joy and hosting celebrations to the hundreds of thousands of people who come to our park each year. The next four weeks are for the next forty years and we will be back and ready to have the light show running, ready to give back to our community and move forward. We will be ready for you to enjoy the park once we have reopened to the public. We truly miss you all and we miss our staff, we miss the lights, we miss all your smiles as we are able to provide your family a small portion of normalcy during this abnormal time. Together as small businesses we make up one large family and you are an extension of our family and we look forward to seeing you, and we hope it's soon. Trampoline Safety Jump socks are required for all jumpers, they can be purchased at the park for $3 and may be reused.
